i am calling out to others like me, dedicated to what they are working on and looking for a way to achieve that next level in order to reach their goals and expand. im looking for 3 to 4 other people working on a project and/or business that would want to share a large studio / warehouse space. we would operate as a team to help support each other and each of us contribute services that would mutually benefit the team as a whole, yet the businesses themselves would remain separate entities. depending on the people that work towards making this happen it would determine the location for this place. i can develop websites, help with online and social media marketing along with printing services. plus i am very involved with non-profit groups and attend networking group meetings on a regular basis. i am more of a B2B and Consumer based company, so i would be able to maintain the location and take care of security and more. i have some advanced video surveillance equipment and who ever is in on this plan would have access to the location 24/7 - i mostly as well would be there the majority of the time since i have no family or alternative personal responsibilities. having a large 1500 + sq ft building would allow us to plan social events and be able to bring in clients to showcase our work and/or services. working with a team of 5 entities (could be more than 5 people though) this would allow use to divide rent and utilities across the board and with sharing certain services through a barter system we can really make some wonderful things happen.
