i am new to pressure cooking. mine has been sitting in the box since July, only having come out once, to cook some brown rice. i have been a little nervous to use it. Well, yesterday my son woke up very sick & his favourite soup to eat when he is sick, is pea & ham. i just happened to have some ham left on the bone from xmas so out came the pressure cooker & in went the ham. YUMMO! quickest pea & ham soup ive ever made.. & im no longer scared. i think well be seeing a lot more of mr pressure cooker :)
