i been fighting hard to stay in good shape and i still eat what i wanna eat but not as much i been slowing down on eating the wrong shit like pop ,and artificial juice and other kinds of fatiing not good fpr your health shit ,,i been staying under this radar ever since my aunt caught cancer ,,and she told me how to add some extra life to my time being on this earth and eating right is very important ,,its a real serios challenge but when u have multiple deaths in one month its very hard to ignor so thats why ive changed up my eating habits and drinking the wrong shit habits ,,, 1.if u drink pop and dont drink achohol u might as well,, cause pop has 10 times more sugar and bad for your health then achohol is 2.i love pork chops ,,but turkey chops taste the same for a even exchange 3.chicken is full of bacteria ,,,take a little vinagar after rinseing it real good wit water do not soak the chicken it will start to taste like vinegar ,,,wacth all the dirt and bacteria come off after cleaning it in chicken poor it off and rinse again with cold water then season and flour it the way u like it. 4.beef and steak has alot of bacteria do the same toit ass like the chicken but be very careful cause u can easy take the flavor out using vinegar just place it in and over one time is enough dont let it soak or sit in the vinegar to long. 5.eat whole grain foods its the best thing for your health ,,, white rice is bleached,white sugar is bleached,even white flour too is bleached 6.canned food is full of sodium that keeps it preserved so well frozen veges is better theres nothing added unless u like to go pick and prep it your self its more healthyier but it cost more ,,but u live longer so thats almost everything u need to know about the basics on how to live longer so pls be and eat safe peoples
