i have a close relative who sold two Chihuahua pups ,,, the issue is included in purchase price was a vet check and vaccinations,,, one of the people buying a pup refused the vet check and got their pup cheaper because of this ,,, now they want a partial refund saying that the pup has an open fontenal which is very common in Chihuahuas up to the age of 6months some of them dont close at all,,, they took the pup for a vet check and their vet told them this is a birth defect ,,, it wont affect the pups health in anyway shape or form but now they are a bit peved cause they wanted to breed her,,,, do u not think if u wanted to breed a dog that u would hav got the pup vet checked before purchase???? and to expect a refund I dont think this is fair they only want a partial refund but this situation wouldnt hav come about if they had let the seller do the vet check in the first place,,,
