i have lost a lot of ones I loved and cared about in a short period of time. Yes I have had to accept things and do things I have not had to do before. I have helped and tried to help ones to better their lives . I have always felt good after helping anyone but it comes a time when trying to help causing hurt and pain I have to let go and walk away. Again another lost in my life ! But I will pick up and move on as I have had to do a lot in my life.
