i remember last time when i was 15 or 16, just a simple cert is value to get a nice job like technician, then when i was 17, cert is no more value and diploma replace it... then when i 20 plus, its a compulsory to get a degree to get a decent job... but now days, it seem 2 have a master to qualify for a decent job... for a person to complete master, atleast will b in age of 26 or 27... so after that only he or she can find a job... its not easy also 2 get a job... let say lucky n got a job in age of 27 also for salary rm3000.. now days, every1 prefer to buy a car 1st once get a job.. so per month his commitment will- average calculation , rm700 for car, rm400 for fuel, rm400 giving to house, insurance rm200, daily expenses rm300 per month,once a week outing with frens or gf rm200, unexpected expenses rm300, total rm2500..and plus end of the year car road tax and insurance... how much he can save per year? how if he wan to buy a house especially in penang island, average apartment is rm300k plus.. he need rm30k to pay the 10% downpayment..how can he effort buy a house? when he can get marry? this might b a good reason why most of the pll get marry in late age, or not get marry yet...
