if I see another juice plus bullshit status off anyone im gonna have to delete you.. dont mind you selling it and advertising to make yourself a few quid but some of the shite I see on here is unbelievable jeff! eat healthy food and train your arse off.. and when I say train your arse off I mean train until u feel like your going to pass out... and then go again because youve got more in you than your dishing out. get some balls if you wanna be in shape. real talk nothing else.
