if a rescue can/will pull them...they can be fixed for free.....Free cat spaying/neutering at Clay County Humane Society along with free rabies shot and tag…Wednesdays you can take any cat weighing 3 pounds in for spaying/neutering without an appointment, it will get one of its ears tipped, but well worth it…need to be there before 8 AM…want more info?
