if you have a front loader washer machine here is some info. Our kept stopping at the wash and spin cycle, it would just click off and say add garments and it has become very loud when washing clothing take off the bottom panel under the washer door then you will see on the right hand side something that looks like a large plug prob white and turn it to the left and it will be very hard to turn once you have it loose, pull it out slowly because that is your filter and it is holding water. Be sure to put a put bucket under it., What came out of ours was bobbi pins, hair ties, sucker sticks and everything in between. It was disgusting. Now it spins quietly again and doesnt shake and works like a brand new washer. If your clothes seem very damp after it is done washing you prob need to clean it out. Prob once every 6 months. :)
