im a day late for my anniversary... but on october 4th 2010 around 8 am i was working at a new job i had been at for 4 days... around 9 our first break i started feeling sharp stabbing in my upper shoulder area i thought ill make it to break and let my shoulder cool off outside it was around the mids 40s that morning as i sent on the bench... i realized i was cold but i was also pouring sweat at the same time... i had feared the worse i was having stabbing pains in my left chest area my left arm was completely numb my face was becoming numb i thought damn im 29 and having a heart attack... so my supervisor called 911 they sent the ems ran 1 test and had me heading to the e.r they said they thought i had a separated aorta in my heart.. i was at 43 bpm and they were afraid i wouldnt make it... i get to the er and they strip me completely and start running test telling me they think im in cardiac arrest then they say my heart is fine and they are waiting for some results.... 20 mins later im hit with what could be the most life changing words out of anyones mouth... mr davis i hate to inform you but you have cancer and were gonna have to transport you to another facility... speechless i sat in the e.r... really at a loss for words... im 29 have cancer and they dont know how bad it is... i kept thinking i just lost my stepdad a few years ago to the same shit... this cant be how im meant to go... well its been 3 years they never expected me to get to this point in life... and i can say at times i didnt either... but yet im still here... this shit may kill me one day... but its definetly gonna be a 12 round fight and im no pushover....
