im a very private person and i never complain no matter how difficult the client although sometimes feel like people take advantage of my kindness ON FRIDAY a regular client came to me for her lashes and cut and colour in just two sittings i have lifted her colour to a beautiful toffee shade and given her an amazing shape in her cut which i have seen with my own eyes people complimenting although everytime this lady has came to me she has had a complaint last time she wanted a colour for five pounds time before that her lashes never bonded she said i refunded her fully for that knowing this was NOT CORRECT as i have a returning clientel for these and use them on myself and family and have the BEST PRODUCT for this!!! on her last app on friday she left happy with a tip used stronger glue and was confused why she would even want to try something again she claimed went so wrong for her... but still did the service and explained next time she would have to pay the maintenance like everyone else if they have any lashes move in the first week as thats wen u make ur mistakes not to my surprise at all sunday there was a message stating her lashes on one eye had moved i simply explained i never have this with anyone bar herself and maybe next time she should think of another type of service for her eyelashes or give up on them as she seems displeased everytime for them although she rebooks i said i could offer her the 5pound maint considering she was going to come the following friday which would make 7days she refused and then all of a sudden hates her hair too so i offered to see her hair and tidy what need tidied although i KNOW there is nothing she refused insisting she just wanted free main on lashes instead... this has really annoyed me even more as i walk into the spa today and she has called the hilton demanding free service 1.THE HILTON HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME I RUN MY SERVICE THROUGH THERE NOTHING ELSE THEY WILL NOT GIVE FREEBIES 2.I RUN MY SALON AS I SEE FIT AND THIS HAS WORKED FOR OVER TEN YEARS WITH MY LOYAL CLIENTS 3.I AM A PROFESSIONAL AND WILL NOT TAKE ANY ABUSIVE MESSAGES OR THREATS IN ORDER TO RECIEVE A FREE SERVICE 4.YOU HAVE NOW BLOWN IT WITH ME AS I OFFERED U 5POUND MAINT IF EVERYTIME UR LASHES DONT WORK WHY DO U REBOOK??? ITS NONSENSE AND HAS LEFT ME VERY ANNOYED PLEASE DO NOT CALL MY WORK AND TRY AND SPEAK TO A MANAGER BECAUSE U DONT WANT TO PAY LIKE EVERYONE ELSE I WILL NOT STAND FOR IT DONT TAKE MY KINDNESS AS WEAKNESS ITS A BUSINESS NOT A CHARITY AND I HAVE BENT OVER BACK FOR YOU IF EVERYTIME UR SO UNHAPPY WHY RETURN I ASK U STOP MESSAGING ME I OFFER IS AS STAND FREE TIDY ON CUT AND PAYMENT ON MAINT BUT TO MY SURPRISE U DONT WANT CUT U JUST WANT TO LEAVE THAT AND GET FREE MAINTENANCE I KNOW FOR A FACT IF I HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY CUT I WOULD WANT IT FIXED MORE THAN MY LASHES ITS ALL LIES AND ITS MALICIOUS PLEASE TAKE IT ELSE WERE AS IUM SIMPLY NOT CATERING TO U READ MY REVIEWS THERE ALL POSITIVE AND I STRIVE ON MAKING ALL MY LADIES FEEL WELCOME I RUN THIS PAGE FOR MUMS AND YOUNG GIRLS TO HAVE A 5STAR SERVICE AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE I EVEN PUSH AWAY FULL PAYING CLIENTS TO CATER TO MY FACEBOOK LADIES AS I FEEL I RELATE TO U BUT CLIENTS LIKE THAT MAKE ME WONDER WHY I EVEN BOTHER REALLY NOT NICE AND ITS GOT U NOWERE BUT BARRED FROM MY BUSINESS THANKS
