in the context of an i a s officer durgashakti nagpal the arrest of writer, thinker kanwal bharti for his comment posted on face book is highly condemnable. it was an eye opener for akhilesh sarkar. it is double starndard, if durga was suspended for demolishing wall of a said mosque which was illegally constructed in goutambuddh nagar, then why not the officer of rampur connection was not punished by the govt.they demolished an years and years old madarasa.here is a question who,s affraid of social media? now social media is in role of changing national agenda. being ex vice president of kanpur press club, i strongly condemn the arrest of kanwal bharti. every journalist and also the writers, thinkers, educationist should come forword to mount the pressure on chief minister to release bharti and also to withdraw the case. bharti did nothing wrong. our every action must be in disciplined way. without flouting or breaking democratic values. we have power of social media too. please do not forget netiquettes. netizens zindabad.
