in the fields (watermelon, hay, etc.) of south FL, of north FL, of southern GA itd get to 100 degrees, wed feel weak and tired and ready to pass out but the thought of a BEAR jumping on our back and defeating us made us mad and mean and wed get a strength and a spirit thatd stiffen up, and stand up, and sometimes yell out even, Come on bear. You cant take me. Ill whip you. We whipped him by being strong enough to make it to the end of the row, to do the job, to kick his behind! Then get some water, sit in the shade, a few times steal some honey from some bees,... Oh, the memories. Well, whoever or whatever is your bear or your devil or demon DEFEAT IT. come on, you can take me, Ill whip you then DO IT. at the end of the day know you won that day and get ready for the next. Occasionally, get some sweet honey rewarding yourself, you beat the bear that day. Here is a favorite childhood song. Walking home tonight it started raining and I started singing this song. I kind of forgot the rain. https://youtube/watch?v=hLMEWPqi2nU
