incredible day so far, both good and bad. Went to Strong this morning for a CT Scan. Tiny waiting room with way too many people. Intake nurse was Indian and spoke with a strong accent. In this crowded room, several guests (they said they were from Painted Post) made very loud comments about how terrible it was to have people like that waiting on English speakers. And several others chimed in their agreement. Disgusting. Came home and picked up Ryan Fawkes Carter to finish stairway painting job. Three hours later every thing was done including pictures rehung and stair railings back up. This has been a huge job, much bigger than I anticipated. But Ryan has stuck it out and done first rate work. He has so much more patience than do I. Of course my final product would not look nearly as good as his!
