interest of our young democracy which will be a strong indicator of positive improvement in the electoral process . if the typical nigerian factor scenario plays out, then massive rigging, ballot box snatching, security operative intimidation, low turn out of eligible voters , endless legal tussle challenging the outcome of annouced result e.t.c will only deprive nigerians of the dividends of democracy.
