its always like that :) : busy call , want to sleep :) and suddenly trauma patient GCS E1V1M3 ,unequal pupils acute SDH ,Hgic contusions and edema decompressive craniotomy ,evacuation and ICP monitoring , just arrived my bed another patient spontaneous large ICH on warfarin GCS dropped to E1V1M4 unequal pupils reversed rapidly with PCC and decompressive craniotomy evacuation and ICP monitoring again :) , Oooh its 8:00am time to begin my operative list :( , but its really worth when you meet both patients fully conscious GCS 15 in our rehabilitation center and both families keep thanking and appreciating you :)
