ive been thinking a lot about how we can keep being an active member of the club from being mutually exclusive with being an active member of GSA. heres an idea: what if we had a topic discussion meeting (i.e. what we did during most meetings last year) where we would discuss a certain event, idea, etc. related to feminism every week, and then another meeting each week where we would read some piece of feminist literature and then discuss it, or watch a film to do with feminism and discuss it, etc. you could choose which one to go to or to go to both, no pressure whatsoever. what do you think of this idea? would you be interested? i think we could do it so that the topic discussion meetings were still during our time, and then we could find a lunch time to do the latter. please comment and let me know if you think this is a good idea or an alternative or whatever else. thank you!!!!
