#job Mall Supervisor Cleaner Location: Pollok Salary: £9.21 per hour (based on level of experience) Hours: 40 hour contract - Mon – Sunday 2 shift patterns x 0600-1400 or 1400-2200 Objective • To ensure that GBM Support Services Limited provide and maintain exceptional high level of service and standards within a 5 star Shopping Destination • The candidate will report directly to the Deputy Environmental Services Manager • The candidate will be accountable for overall supervision and management of a team of Mall Cleaning Operatives Essential Attributes • Sound Leadership Skills • Good Communication • Good Interpersonal Skills • Must be able to show initiative • Aptitude to both receive and deliver training • Candidate must be flexible in their approach to both working hours and days Technical Abilities • Have experience in Human Resources • Competent and knowledgeable in Health & Safety including RA/MS & COSHH • BICSc certified training would be advantageous when applying for this role Closing date: Wednesday 4th June 2014
