Duration: Permanent A Supervisor for a well-known female clothing brand is required. You will be an empowered and a supportive team member who is truly passionate and knowledgeable about fashion, our customers and our product. They support the Branch and/or Deputy Manager in achieving their store goals. A Supervisor manages the day to day running of the store in the absence of the Branch or Assistant Branch Managers and will show initiative when making decisions. They will deliver and drive excellent customer experience ensuring the team are motivated and engaged with our customers, coaching them to confidently acknowledge customers in order to build lasting relationships. We’re interested in hearing from dynamic individuals who strive to make things happen in order to achieve great results. Supporting the Branch Manager and/or Deputy Manager in achieving store goals you will have strong coaching, leading and management skills to ensure that the teams go the extra mile to provide exceptional customer experience and styling advice at all times.
