The following is preferred: • Tutoring/peer mentoring experience Qualifications This position requires excellent oral and written skills and be able to communicate effectively in English, able to articulate the concepts, materials and skills as related to the specific subject tutoring, must be able to lead group study, must be comfortable presenting or facilitating training and disseminating information. The successful candidate must be able to provide friendly customer service and supporting peer mentorship, must be people oriented and capable of working with student from diverse background and maintain confidentiality as pertaining to student information. Ability to bend at the knees and lift up to 30 lbs. Work scheduled shifts are afternoon and evening between 2pm and 7pm. *A successful background check is required for all CTC employment.
