just got done a small 25 minute workout, burned 236 calories { did 15min, of Brazil butt lift, and the rest of the time using my resistance bands to work my arms and legs} yes i know its not much of an accomplishment from what i used to do, but to someone whos 5 months pregnant and hasnt really worked out at all in those 5 months, i think im on the right track to getting into a prego persons workout schedule in no time.
