just now got home from the Visalus RST in Kansas City, MO and it was crazy awesome! I met some new people that I cannot wait to see again soon~ Jamie Sharp and was proud of her for being able to walk on stage for her accomplishment of Rising Star Director and her three for Free within a month. I also was honored to be able to walk across the stage for losing my 57 pounds so far on my Challenges since March with some fabulous Vi-Winners! People that have taken the Challenge done so well...changed their lives! It is so incredibly inspiring hearing the stories of those losing 100, 200, 300 pounds and our Vi-Team Champions (Vi3DL) that lost over 800 pounds total! As I left, I felt wonderful and knew that I have so much to do and so many people I want to shout out to about this amazing fitness platform! As I was walking and trying to find my ride (my mom was coming to get me after her visit with my niece), I had some people as me what I had lost...referring to my "i LOST it." T-Shirt! SO I began with my story. They invited me to sit and chat and I was able to share my story and all about Visalus! I felt so good about sharing something so wonderful with people that were genuinely interested in hearing/listening! I was literally in tears telling some of my story and some of the stories I had just heard. I told them about our mission and our fight against OBESITY and the Project10! Gave my information and although they did not give me their info, I felt very good because I have always had a difficult time talking to people I do not know like that! Not wanting to boast, but I felt really good and several of them said they had people that they felt would be interested. Now, I may not get them to contact me BUT MAYBE I have gotten someone to look into it and possibly change their life ~ I may never know! I am excited and hoping that maybe I will be able to get myself to NST in November...
