just over 3 years ago, Radio Boise KRBX 89.9 FM hit the FM airwaves in the Treasure Valley bringing freeform, independent, non-commercial radio to our community for the first time since the mid 1980s. it led to a significant shift in our cultural soil and has helped rejuvenate a music and arts scene as well as our sense of collaborative community. its been an exciting time. were in the midst of Spring Radiothon as we ask for the help of the community to keep this radio project alive. ill be on air this morning hosting my weekly show Antler Crafts ▲▲▲ 9am - noon MT. if you love community radio as much as i do, please call in and say so and give some funds to the cause if you can. 208-258-2072. or give online at radioboise.org Radiothon runs through Thursday so even if you cant call this morning, tune in anytime and help support the awesome and diverse programming on Radio Boise throughout the week. xoxo
