Happy to see so many people who stepped up to embark on their Quantum Leap journey and shared my stories with them during the Buffet reception dinner tonight. Awesome teammates who worked as the best team ever to assist participants the best way we can. Learn a couple of new things in facilitation and handling objection during my dealing with participants this morning. I was asked to help one participant to finish the last activity this afternoon as he experienced some challenge to complete it. When I was there, in just 10 seconds the participant managed to complete the activity - using very simple NLP skill that everyone in the training industry should know, What else? Yes, I reckoned that a number of people would need help from us as certified hypnotherapists. I shared my insight on 7th Path Self Hypnosis, identify cases using what i know as a 5-Pather - AR, FOO and FOS. It is an eye-opener for me to become aware of these issues and equip with the resources and be ready to help these kinds of people. Awesome. Simply awesome!
