k, couldnt finish the diabetes walk this a.m. went half way into it N actually in the front of the pack had to stop almost 1mile 1/2 sat on the bench across the street N took my left shoe off N boy was my heel killing me (not the toes but the heel same level as the ankle on the back) its a bit inflamed....I was pissed Bcuz I can do 2miles in less than an hour ............. hate this I miss my walking/joggin daily what to do? .. gotta rest up N take it slower I guess............hate it! ~ Hope everyones having a great wend ~ Choice blessings!
