A case FIR No. 373/09 u/s384/389/34 IPC was got registered in this regard at Police Station Vasant Vihar. INCIDENT & TEAM & ARREST. On sustained, interrogation, it has been revealed that above noted accused persons used to extort officials on the pretext of conducting fake sting operations. The accused also disclosed that in the past he has conducted several fake sting operations. RECOVERY 1.Rs. 10,000/- Cash as extorted amount 2.Mobile phone of Pushp Sharma from which extorted call were made. 3.Motor cycle no.
