killer budgie aint appy . his talons keep growing and the perch sandpaper is hard to find and when I find it its rubbish, so little sand and so soft it could be toilet paper . vets quake and demand danger money. I have a plan, regular sandpaper and loom bands to attach it . will it work ? will killer stand on it ? will he attack the loom bands ? ill let you know if he poos loom bands or bounces a lot . off to take a photo or 3 .ttfn .
