life can be an emotional roller coaster at times like these. in the past I ran from my emotions and hid behind a drug or a drink. Im greatful today to have 45 days clean and the ability to love myself enough to be comfortable with the feelings and emotions I deal with today. I chose to focus on love not fear have Faith and hope not doubts and insecure thoughts. I believe God has blessed me with a lot of awesomeness in my life today to show me life clean is worth all the struggles and worth fighting for. I have be truly blessed. thank you Lord for opening my eyes to the beautiful life youve given me. just for today I will rest In your presence and trust in the road u have prepared for me. amen
