many a songwriter has expressed it: there is nothing more magical than hearing your songs sung by others. it has a galvanizing effect, making you feel part of the whole, of this immense and dynamic community of humanity. it links you with others you may never meet, but now share a common bond with--and what better way than through music. so thank you, all of you who sing my songs, and all of you who listen, making the circuit of sharing complete. to my knowledge, the songs which have traveled most widely are the nesting bird, three wishes, redwing (which has some choral versions!), and overwhelmed (which has a second, beautiful 4/4 arrangement by Brian Guy Pickell and so travels the world in twin versions of itself. how fabulous is that?) another favourite cover is of a song that never made it onto any of my recordings. thank you, Spencer Lewis, for your soulfully gorgeous rendition of autumn song. happy sunday, everyone. https://youtube/watch?v=NcJP8RNb2bE
