mattvaughan.au The Journey of Health How many wrong turns can you afford? With Januarys first week in the bag, how many steps have you taken in the right direction? What is the right direction & who should you really listen too? Fitness & health is at some point a factor in everyones life. For some its more of a last minute thought before its to late & for some they spend a lifetime searching but actually never listen to one person so you are constantly chasing a different approach. My biggest advice would be to narrow your vision & find a certain method to follow & give it a proper shot. This might seem strange advice but if you tried your hand at everything out there you would probably need to live two or three lives to let one actually work through the try, try, try , try & try a different approach method. I dont think you could label me a 100% follower of one typical path. If I was to label myself I believe I would call myself a whole foods, supplement when needed, stick to a program & keep the body guessing kind of trainer. If you train with me I will always put your health before a extreme risk & if youre wanting to lift weights your technique is paramount. I believe that my mindset is strong & I will achieve what I focus on. I do believe that people make far to many decisions on what goes in your mouth by marketing genius & we are only to blame ourselves for this. Whatever you choose, you need to at some point settle & truly dedicate yourself to it.
