#merryspartan30 Aroo Spartans and happy Friday! Today is day 7 and we are getting some lunges to add to our workouts moving forward. For today, We’re going to get in a quick 30 Burpees, 30 Russian Twists, and 30 alternating Leg Lunges (15 each side) before a 30 minute run. After our run we are going to get in some Isometric/Static holds for :60 seconds a piece on our Push-up, Squat, and Plank positions. Remember guys, if we can’t hit that :60 seconds in one shot, just return to the position after you recover for the remainder time. AROO!
