my diet plan is here .... breakfast ... oats ... 500ml milk ... 10.almonds .. 2 bananas .... .... then in between .. protein biscuits ... lunch ... 2 eggs ... cereals one bowl with one bowl rice .... ... then in between ... 2 bananas ... post work out ... protein shake .... 3 bananas ... 5 eggs .... 500ml milk dinner ... 5 potatoes. 2 bananas .... any suggestions u would suggest .. or is this ok ... please suggest..... I gained 1 kg in 8 days ... should I continue with this schedule or any suggestion u would like to give .... please suggest
