my hypothesis. Is fat really from the red meat that we eat? or is - TopicsExpress

my hypothesis. Is fat really from the red meat that we eat? or is it that fat from red meat is from the water that the animals drinks. How do fats provide water to animals? Fats aka lipids are a source of metabolic water. During respiration or aka when some people are sweating, fats/lipids are metabolized for energy. So insight shows that maybe we shouldnt worry about eating red meat especially if it is lean. If we dont eat enough red meat our body will turn our muscle ( muscle gained throughout your enitre life) into fat. Most dieting experts now just believe in eating vegetables and drinking tons of water is going to help us lose our fats. Instead of storing metabolic energy we become more tired and not able to exert our bodies to get rid of the fat/lipid we already have. Especially with all the calories from carbohydrates that we eat, not eating enough red meat will make us the next in line to become fat. My tip is maybe to drink less water when eating red meats or trying 100% fruit juice with your meal no concentrates. Unless you plan to sweat the entire day. Survival of the fittest for the entire race?
