my new replacement phone wont turn on and I just got it FRIDAY.. all day it was having glitches and turning blue.... way to go best buy... way to go.... oh yeah, I visited best buy TWICE today. first time they did a software update, mind you they sent me off saying if I experience anymore problems come back. so I did... all for them to tell me they cant do anything about it unless the screen turns blue for them. AGAIN they sent me off and said if it happens again come in immediately so they can see the blue screen and NOW my phone wont turn on at all... SOMEONE IS GONNA CATCH A CASE TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!! #pissed
