my partner has just had the most distressing encounter with what appears to be a neglected daschaund and maltese. He was driving past Cameron Studio & Gallery in Emmarentia 083 417 9817 when he saw an emaciated dachshund and maltese running around. he pulled over and encouraged them to come to him and gave them some food he had in the car. the dogs had collars on, so he called the owner, who is the owner of Cameron Studio & Gallery. He says the dogs looked like they had been living on the street for weeks. when he returned the dogs to the owner, the owner could not care less. we are reporting it to the SPAC, but people like this should not have animals if they cannot look after them. Please spread the word on this guy - he deserves nothing but the worst to come his way! He doesnt deserve to have these animals! studiocameron/home/
