**** my story so far **** I had Sopheia 14 month ago (4th baby) and didnt really bounce back like i had after my other 3 children physically and mentally, i was so exhausted and very unhappy with my body size and shape, i wanted to look good and enjoy precious time with my children instead of being miserable because i was so tired and i was literally sleeping all the time, Sopheia was a good baby which was great but what about my other 3 they needed time with their mam and i needed to be there for them, so i contacted a good friend and thats where my journey began ♥ I started on the complete shakes initially and followed a clean eating plan and started to see some baby weight coming off and my hair and skin improve, but the big thing for me was my energy levels instead of napping with the baby or going to bed without my husband i was able to spend time with them. I then started the premium capsules alongside the shakes and omg wow i started jumping out of bed on a morning rather than pulling the quilt over my head, i started my exercise classes again which i initially thought i wouldnt be able to do for a long time, i now feel good and more confident that my fueling my body with great nutrition has given me the health to spend time with my family and friends, and the amazing friends i have met on my way ♥ Thank you for reading my story ♥
