never mind "sunday dinner" just had an oatcake stack special. first oatcake on the bottom covered in cheese and beans second oatcake placed on the top, that is then covered with two eggs, four sausage, mushrooms and beans then the last oatcake on the top of that. all are warmed through in a dry frying pan turning once so that they are kept warm all through. put on a plate and munch with brown sauce. yum yum :-)
