new three row aluminum radiator, transmission pan, and chrome alternator and bracket have been ordered for the el camino. next on the list is a new fuel pump, water pump and gear drive, performance headers and exhaust. i call this restomod phase 1 phase 2 will consist of upgrading/updating the suspension including doing a disc break conversion and vacuum booster install phase 3 is intermittent replacing of the interior during phases 1 and 2. i plan to replace the bench seat with era correct bucket seats and add a center console and phase 4 is replacing rusted/bondo filled fenders and repairing rust and small dents, replacing the hood with an ss hood and trim pieces and paint. the tail gate is getting replaced next month because yeah that still really irks me seeing that big dent i put in it and finally phase 5 replacing the heads and cam for the 305 with performance parts. this may come sooner then later this is the over all goal and plan for the el camino. my primary focus atm is the power train
