no, FB doesnt own your stuff, but they can USE it. we all agreed to that when we signed up. its creepy, but a fact of social media. posting a legal notice on your status wont protect you from them using your stuff any way they like. im looking forward to things like Twister and buying with bitcoin so there are no longer creepy, greedy 3rd parties...ah, a girl can dream.
