Utilizing football equipment & performing elevated deep sprinters lunge & going right into high pike & standing split reverse high kick. This targets & conditions Arms, Shoulders, Chest, Legs, Booty & Lower back & Abs. Focus on elongating muscles keep toes pointed & head in line with spine & abs engaged throughout movement. I like creating unique & effective exercises hitting multi muscle groups at once & working deep into intrinsic muscle fibers. This is strength, conditioning & flexibility exercise.
