Responsibilities (including but not limited to): • Baseline applications and evaluate for hotspots/bottlenecks • Analyze growth patterns (events, customers, url hits, etc) for predictions on future potential issues • Design effective component, application and enterprise level capacity, reliability, availability and performance tests. • Evaluate performance/scalability testing data to provide root cause analysis of issues, and work closely with development to confirm root cause, and to understand and validate fixes delivered by development • Assist with the planning for and where appropriate management of Performance Testing • Frequent interaction with project managers, developers, third-party application vendors, product managers, and helpdesk professionals in order to ensure that we deliver quality platforms to our users dlvr.it/6v3Xqz
