off and relaxen wth a glass of apple pie! week 2 in the books at my new job. gona relax for a night and get redy to teach my class tomorow its gona be a long day! fixen to wright down mr prepper a honey doo list for tomorow. i figure its only fair to devide the chores here now bens im working so much now. there are 2 different ays to do your canning 1 is by using a boiling water bath and the other is by using a pressure canner. lowe accid foods need to be processed in a pressure canner at the proper poundige and time for your airea and high accid foods can be processed in a boiling water bath. if you want to include meat in whatever you are canning you will need to adjust the time and pressure on your pressure canner to the time and pressure for the meat. what ever way you choose make shure its the right way because you can get verry sick by eating under processed food. another rule of thumb is if it looks bad or smells bad it proubly is never eat home canned foods with lids that are bulging or not on and cealed. its better to be caushis than wind up 6 feet under. dump andy questionable food as soon as you find it! make shure you wright the date on your lids or make a lable. i always wright on top of the jar lidd because the lables are a pane to remove from the empty jar. so wright this info down and file it away and i will teach you more tomorow have a great evening Peace&Love
