ohhhhhhhhhhhh what a difference a day makes....... So, I went to the chiropractor today and he spent over an hour on me..... I was a mess. My L5 and L6 were messed up and I think he said my C6 was messed up and something in my neck was misaligned. Lots of cracking and popping took place, I thought Id cry, he twisted my neck. My left leg was shorter than my right side. I can now turn my head. Told him I felt like mrs potato head that was put together wrong and he said its no wonder.......... I was! lol He said Id be sore for the next few days but I should start to find relief. I have homework exercises to do also so I think ill be ok :) Thank you to my clients that patiently waited for me to come back to work even tho I was late. Two long fun nights at work. lookin forward to spending some Duke time tomorrow :) Really looking forward to bed now!
