ok so how did I pass the test? I lived in Whitby for 33yrs before I moved to USA. I am now 48 yrs old so I guess I am old enough to remember when... I worked a t the Earl of Durham for a few Years... Remember I old and I do Drink so my memory fails me sometimes. I loved working at the Earl. Margaret Longmuir. Thank you for hiring me. We had a great staff. I wonder sometimes What happened to some of them Like Quong, I am not sure if I am spelling that right, the Chef, He was really gifted I hope he is cooking somewhere. Tony, my trainer, cant remember his last name, all I know is he is Irish through and through. I love you man. wow memories. to bad my memory isnt the greatest.
