Job Title: Key Account Manager Summary: Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution. Job category: Full Time Location: KSA Primary responsibilities -Provide first level support for all IT products and Services, Support may include answering questions, troubleshooting problems, teaching or instructing customers regarding software or hardware functionality, and communicating policy. -Receive and record technical and/or application support calls from end users. -Provide initial assessment of urgency and business impact on all support calls. -Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software problem. -Escalate unsolved issues to Second or third level according with Help Desk escalation processes -Manage service requests, Software installations, new computer setups, Upgrades .etc. Mandatory Skills: Win 2007, Win 8, Active Directory, Hardware experience ,Supporting general LAN/WAN ,strong work ethic ,Experience working effectively in a team environment Desirable Skills: Self-motivated& team work member. •Valid driving license& transferable lqama.
