on fears of failure and fears of success... I think a big part of why this comes up for wellness pros is from a long habit/life experience of being the weird health nut in your social circle, and always defending or trying to convince others that what youre eating/living is cool. (I can totally relate!) however, in order to lift your practice off the ground, you actually have to let that habit, that way of being drop. You have to unplug, emotional, psychically, physically, from convincing others to change their ways, and essentially, validate your ways. It makes for attracting clients who need a whole lot of convincing and a practice that feels like pushing a boulder up a hill. instead, consider being really radical, and aiming your services to a group of people who are SO ready, willing and able to hear your message and want what you have to say. it feels radical, because it makes your practice way more fun filled. and this may feel radical, because most wellness pros have been conditioned to save the world, everyone needs our help (and while that is noble, I think it trips most people up than not ) and so you energetically plug into folks who need your help but absolutely dont want it. and it feels radical because it feels like a totally different way of being (maybe even selfish way of being.) but its not selfish. its being centered within yourself. centered in what you want and how you want to live YOUR life. centered within your inner knowing. its smart business. its knowing that you cant change anyone who doesnt want to change.
