on the 13th of last month I brought a sim and a plan for my dongle at DIGICEL SO CALLED flagship store in gulf city the damn thing never work always getting 2G service the nasty CSR FROM DIGICEL said that it was the reception in my area she even told me that I livin in bush although I live on the southern main road on one of the biggest spreads in south mind u this device worked perfectly when I brought it last year with full 3G speeds digicel also gave me a free data plan for a week last year and that worked perfectly as well so that PROVES that theDIGICEL REP was talking BULLSHIT,ALL BULLSHIT(any one ketch the Arnold reference) sorry to use such caustic language I am very angry also in this time period I also called DIGICEL customer care 7 (seven) times to no avail. but as they say GOD DOH SLEEP and GOD IS A TRINI , during this time it just so happened FLOW FINALLY brought their digital system to my area of ARIPERO VILLAGE,ROUSILLAC S.M.R , so I signed up. NEVER in my life have I experience such first class service in my life. From application to installation of the service the experience was first class I felt like I was in japan and the speed, AND THE SPEED CAN ONLY BE DESCRIBED AS BLISTERING 10M DROP I CAN OPEN CHROME AND MICROSOFT EXPLORER AT THE SAME TIME and that is their slow speed.I am writing this long tirade in order to educate SOUTH people on the availability of a vastly superior and much more customer friendly INTERNET SERVICE . If FLOW internet service is in your area TAKE IT and if it is not DEMAND IT NO AREA IS TOO FAR SOUTH TO NOT HAVE FIRST CLASS INTERNET SERVICE. THIS IS NOT AN ADVERTISEMENT FOR FLOW AND I AM IN NO WAY GETTING PAID FOR THIS. TO SUMMERIZE FLOW RULES digicel SUCKS BIG TIME
