patience patience PATIENCE!!!! ugggg After calling the 1-800 number, entering my account number not once but 3 times, pressing 1 for English, typing my zip code, being on hold for 20 minutes, I get disconnected! I then call again and repeat the above and finally get through to the please be patience our account reps are assisting other customers speech, I finally get a message that my approximate hold time is 1 hour and 37 minutes! I have a feeling if I dont pay this insurance payment, they will call me! When they do, I should ask them to wait for 1 hour and 37 minutes while I find my debit card! ........... They have wasted my only free time of this entire day (nap time) Thank you so much Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
