people want to know why most cop shootings never go to trial? its because our system of law says there can be no reasonable dout and in most cases there will always be reasonable dout the question when a cop shooting accures is not weather there was a gun but weather the cop at the moment he pull the trigger perceived there was one if he in his mind thought he saw a gun he did nothing wrong if he new there wasnt one he was wrong and is in fact a murderer truble is the only way to have absolutely no dout what he was thinking is too be a mind reader and given how many guns are on our streets and the split second they have to make the decision its not that outlandish a story to believe that he could have in fact thought seen a gun and reacted
