positive news a fightbacker would like to share with you all..thanks Gill...De Good news! Just had my Atos WCA medical in Sheffield. Despite it being pre-booked for audio recording and me ringing this morning to confirm, I was informed whilst in the waiting area that it hadnt been entered in their diary. There was a slight delay whilst they set it up. I was then called through with my mate who accompanied me. The nurse was very attentive and kind. She got us sat down then apologised profusely. Despite me sending all my supporting medical evidence to Atos Leeds via Recorded Delivery and received there on 11th September, she had only just read through it. She said I should never been called in and she couldnt apologise enough for the distress and increased stress I had endured. She had made her ruling before I got in - Support Group. I burst into tears and didnt stop crying for about 10 minutes and she kept apologising. Obviously this is dependent upon DWP accepting her ruling but I sent them the same documentation. I cant thank Fightback enough for empowering with your advice and information. Im currently in WRAG and on limited income, but if I can spare anything, it may only be a couple of quid, Ill send it your way. Goddess Bless you all!
